That black wealth continues to be stolen, even in this the 21st Century?

Don Crawford received effusive praise publicly, from the then Minister of Finance, Omar Davis, for his bank's extension program.
However, Don Crawford was betrayed, and his bank destroyed in the devastating fires of the Jamaica Financial meltdown, that came to be known as FINSAC, and in a domino-effect like manner, the financial meltdown also burnt and destroyed 44,000 mostly black employers, manufacturers and producers.
